It is pyriproxyfen 10% EC. It is an insect growth regulator (IGR). It controls all the stages of whitefly i.e. Eggs, Nymphs, and Adults. It does not allow the hatching of eggs. It inhibits the metamorphosis of Nymph to Adult. It causes sterility in adults. Hence even if Adults are seen in a treated plot, they cannot reproduce or damage the crops. It is can be sprayed at any stage of the crop.
